Refunds Policy

At Moonstone Voyages, every trip, itinerary and destination celebration is crafted with expert care and personalized attention. Because of the time, expertise, vendor relationships involved in delivering our services, the following policies apply to all planning and consultation packages.

Service Fee Policy

All service fees - whether for itinerary design, full-service planning, or destination weddings - are non-refundable once services have commenced or the agreed-upon scope has been delivered, in whole or in part.

This includes:

  • Discovery consultations

  • Custom travel design and research

  • Supplier correspondence and trip-building hours

  • Timeline creation, guest coordination, and booking assistance

Cancellation Terms

Should you choose to cancel your trip or planning services after payment is made but before any services have begun, we may, at our discretion, refund a portion of the service fee, minus any time spent or administrative fess incurred.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Services were already rendered, in whole or part (including consultations, proposals, or itinerary drafts)

  • Cancellation occurs after itinerary or travel planning work has begun

  • You choose not to travel or proceed with booking based on personal change of plans or preferences

Travel Supplier Policies

Moonstone Voyages works with a network of global travel suppliers. Any payments made directly to airlines, resorts, or third-party vendors are subject to their individual cancellation and refund policies, which will be communicated to you in your trip proposal or invoice.

We advocate for our clients whenever possible, but we are not liable for penalties, lost deposits, or denied claims issued by third-parties.

Gifted Services or Credits

If services were gifted or received as part of a promotion, no refund or transfers will be offered. All credits are subject to expiration and may not be applied to other service categories unless approved in writing.
